Meals are made daily in the kitchen. As the years go by, our school lunches continue to get more and more healthy. NO forms to fill out. The Summer Food Service Program aka “Summer Meals” is available in hundreds of communities throughout Oregon, offering free meals and snacks to ALL kids ages 1-18. All kids 18 and younger can eat free at any of the five 4J schools offering summer meals. Below is a portion of the policy. Child nutrition is important to every child’s emotional, physical and mental health. Knowing our 4J staff will no longer be available during the summer months, the 4J Wraparound team has put together this short newsletter of resources for our families.Feel free to look over the extensive list of available resources for Lane County residents being updated regularly as the information is changing weekly.
